Provide vision, direction, and oversight to the youth and outreach programs of the church. Attend to the needs of hurting church members through active listening, spiritual support, and prayer. Assist with all aspects of services (prayer, communion, baptisms, child-dedications, and teaching) as needed..

Attend to the spiritual growth of women as a ministerial emphasis.
Provide leadership in the development of programming that engages women of all ages. Build on the existing strengths and activities of the church to further develop and enhance spiritual programs and connections for children, youth, families and young adults. Find opportunities to create intergenerational connections regardless of family ties. Challenge the younger population to grow spiritually and morally, including work on social justice issues.Recruit, nurture, train, mentor and support all members of the ministry.
